Job Title: Administrator / Receptionist
Main Purpose of the Job
The administrator is responsible for the coordination and overall management of the office policies in order to ensure that the company’s services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
Main Responsibilities
Managing all stationery procurement and stock keeping proper proceduresPurchase of all consumables in the officeCoordinate all large size photocopying A2 and above and blueprintingReceiving and making all phone callsRecording all calls made and timingsTaking messages diligently for people who are out of the officeTyping of minutes/ lettersTyping and sending of emails as directed Coordinating all issue slips and administrative documentsProper labeling of documents and deliveriesFollow up on all instructions given by the team from various suppliers/ contractors/ sub contractorsFollow up on outstanding payments from clients or othersFollow up on all council approvals to get statusFollow up on information from consultants as directed Assist in HR duties when recruitingPreparation of staff contracts or other contractsManage the entire printing and photocopying department in terms of record keepingManage all deliveriesDeal with all statutory requirements on a timely basis e.g. PAYE, NHIFFamiliarize with all labor laws and employment acts/ other laws necessaryManage all council applications – put together the application packagesManage all the filing of documents project files, brochures, samplesManage and ensure internet connectivity is all in order and payments are made promptlyEnsure all licenses, insurances, subscriptions and membership fees are paid / renewed on timeDiploma/Degree in Business Administration2-3 years working experienceTo apply for this position send your CV to mycv@myjobseye.com quoting the position in the subject line and preferred location.
