The candidates must be attune to working in a startup environment, self-driven and flexible in duties assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
Constant liaison with multiple players to determine progress of initiatives and ensure project completionRegular monitoring and evaluation of key milestonesAble to multi task and follow up on agreed actionsManagement of own projects within agreed timelinesIdentifying key risks, interdependencies and developing and executing mitigating actions or intervention plansEnsuring initiatives are completed with the desired qualityPreparation of progress reports and minutes for dissemination to internal and external stakeholdersInitiate complementary projects to achieve desired objectiveContributes to the development, authorship and delivery of projectsPerform other duties as outlinedBachelor of Arts in Economics, Commerce or FinanceMandatory 2 year experience in a Greenfield and start up environment in financial servicesSelf-starter and energeticExcellent organization, communication and problem solving skillsAbility to multi task with easeAn MBA is an added advantageHow to apply:
