Reports directly into the EVP / Chief Research Officer and lead a team of professionals for the Middle East Africa Region
Acts as the Regional Head in MSci methodology and execution to senior regional leadership, and partners with product leadership, regional presidents, and other senior leaders
Provides expert technical consultation and leads cross-team collaboration in solving complex client issues related to MSci related methodology and execution, and ensuring MSci services are delivered to the highest quality standards
Participates in regional / global Request for Proposals (RFPs) and meeting with clients to ensure their understanding of the methodologies and data quality
Be the MSci Product Champion to drive the roll out of new product enhancements by taking an integrated statistical vision and approach
Provides service specifications and sets standards to the Measurement Science Centre of Innovation (COI) teams
Acts as the key contact person and to build close relationship with various academic and industry councils
Responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top MSci talents in the region and be the owner in strategic deployment of regional talents and resources
Degree/ Master holder in business management, economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, mathematics, operations management or a related field
A minimum of 8 years of cross-function, managerial / leadership experience
Demonstrated experience to work cross-functionally to energize, empower and influence at all levels (both internal and external), and strong planning and execution skills are expected
Mastery of various statistical and logical skills, and you should be attentive to details with exceptional aptitude for data analysis
Exposure in client consulting built from strong interpersonal, communication, client servicing, negotiation and relationship building skills are definitely advantageous
Prior experience in initiating new research methodology, launching innovative products/projects are a plus
Results-oriented with the ability to listen and quickly distill a situation and recommend a course of action to drive adequate delivery of program deliverables
Self- motivated to drive service excellence and be committed to ensure clients’ satisfaction
Fluency in English and superb leadership skills are pre-requisites
