Position Name: Project Manager     
The focus of the position requires both an internal and external focus as the Project Manager ensures that Gestalt Gild clients' needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
 Project preparation and scopingIn accordance with GG methodology to prepare aspects such as project charter, identification of project team, putting together the necessary resources and setting up the infrastructure.Ensuring that all project contractual requirements are met.Identifying and instituting the implementation methodologyActing as a main point of liaison with the clientResponsible for all project planning activitiesResponsible for ensuring that workshop are planned and conducted to determine client requirements.Determine and plan for implementation and configuration requirements.Assisting the client with training plans necessary for their project team.Responsible for assessing and negotiating the budget with the client and for ensuring that the appropriate project management controls and contracts are in place to manage this.Responsible for the day to day management and control of the project and the project team.Responsible for ensuring that end user training is planned and implemented.Ensuring that the results of testing are dealt with and that the necessary enhancements are madeEnsuring that the infrastructure with regard to hardware requirements is in placeManaging the Conversion plans and client readiness with respect to the Go-Live process.Responsible for “Go live” process.Responsible for all aspects of Risk Management throughout the project.Ensuring that there is effective control of budget and applicable resources.Responsible for ensuring that the necessary reports are compiled and distributed.Responsible for ensuring effective and accurate invoicingUniversity Degree2 –3 years business application package implementation as Project Manager with at least one complete project life cycleIn-depth knowledge and experience in project planning tools including MS ProjectIn-depth understanding of project management process including scope management, risk management, project estimating and budgeting, resource management and change managementBusiness and industry knowledge – preferably across multiple industriesUnderstanding of key business principles and process including financial controls, logistics processes and costing principlesPMP certification mandatory with minimum 2 full cycle implementationsPeople management skillsDecision making skillsPlanning skillsRisk management skillsControlling skills  Send your applications to careers@kcr-hr.com
