Laboratory Equipment Company Operations Officer Job in Kenya

Our client a firm manufacturing  and distributing test tubes, microscopes, lab equipment, juice, burret, bunsen burners, beakers and based in Nairobi is  looking for an operations officerEnsuring proper and smooth day to day running of all OperationsHandling of employees disciplinary matters and grievances in the absence of the Managing DirectorCoordination and supervision of all administrative issues touching on management of  logistics, vehicles, sales, deliveries etcincluding data and maintenance of records to ensure they are updated and in a form for purposes of effective management information systems.Supervising the other workers and liaising with clients and the DirectorDegree or Diploma in Business Management, Administration or related studyPrevious experience in related industry desired.Minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory positionGood communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and ability to persevere pressure and multi-taskingTeam Player and mature.Preferably a young person aged between 27 – 40 years.If you are up to the challenge, posses the necessary qualification and experience, please send your CV only indicating why you are the most suitable candidate for the role clearly quoting the job title (Operations Officer (Gross salary 30k-40k)on the email subject to jobs@corporatestaffing.co.ke.
