The Position:
Reporting to the Managing Director the person will be responsible for Development and implementation of sales strategies and programmes aimed at continuously growing the business
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies for local and Regional markets;
-Achieving monthly sales targets,
-Maintain the existing and develop new customers;
-Develop ideas and create offers clients
-Carry out market research, market mapping, competitor and
Customer surveys
-Respond to and follow-up on all sales enquiries by email, telephone, personal visits.
Required Skills Set:
-Minimum bachelors in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
-Two years experience in a similar position with a proven track record
-Strong selling and negotiating skills.
-Proven analytical and leadership skills as well as a strong business acumen.
-Ability to carry out training will be an added advantage
-Clean & Valid Driving licence.
