This will inform the objectives and activities of AAH-I at the regional level.Put in place and regularly review and update succession plans that ensure the continuous availability of internal candidates, to fill vacancies within the supervisory and management grades.Develop and manage talent recruitment process, review and assist with salary review processes, and plan and conduct new employee orientation.Analysis and report on individual staff performanceResult-based performance management planning and assessment tool usedThe existing job descriptions refined so that they are clear, defined, rational and consistent for each staff.Developed benchmarks and monitoring systems for:Effectiveness of Coordination ManagementImproved identification of needEnhanced programme planning and implementationImproved monitoring and information management.
