Position: Dotsavvy Digital Strategist

Job Responsibilities:



  • Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives

  • Generates proposals and pitches for the realisation of high value and transformational digital business solutions for existing and prospective clients

  • Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget

  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met

  • Manages overall project scope and ensures staffing assumptions adhere to budget

  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution

  • Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays

  • Manages work and professional development of assigned team members

  • Works with team to ensure they is aligned to client requirements

  • Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients’ marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including marketing automation, crm, digital conversion optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.

  • Writes agency briefs, ensuring that business strategy, creative design, technology and digital media are effectively integrated

  • Manages research studies that yield rich insights into digital consumer behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour

  • Develops a total understanding of digital target audience and mindsets

  • Writes and transmits regular reports to clients and agency teams

  • Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client review

  • Provides digital campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients

  • Ensures accountability is established during the digital campaign planning process


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

  • 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing, advertising, management consulting or business development/sales (digital experience required)

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and eagerness to work as a member of a team

  • Excellent customer service and customer follow up skills

  • Strong analytical and technical focus with the ability to independently implement optimization findings

  • The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment

  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and client-facing
