Job Profile To assist the  management and be a torch bearer in ensuring Operational efficiency, Quality, Service & Delivery. To manage P/L responsibilities independently for the manufacturing operations .   Candidates must have proven ability for the hereunder mentioned areas:  General Management Strategy Planning, Financial Management, New Initiatives / Set Ups, Technology Up- gradation, Liaison / Coordination, Training & Development   Production/ Technical Expertise    Plant Operations, Production Management, Project Management, Production Volumes, Yield Improvement, Process Enhancement, Cost Optimization, Resource Deployment, Value Analysis/Value Engineering , Maintenance, Quality Assurance, New Product Development ,Materials Management, Energy Conservation ,Erection & Commissioning, Procurement, System Implementation& Man Management  Strategic Planning/Cost Reductions Formulating strategic plans to enhance operations. Spearheading value analysis / value engineering & other continuous improvements in processes. Conceptualising and implementing strict measures in operating procedures and equipment centrelines to optimize resource/capacity utilisation. Evaluating capital expenditure proposals to secure the best interest of the plant and increase productivity.
