HR & Recruitment Manager Job in Ruiru, Kenya

Our client a local Manufacturer and Distributer of high quality fuel – efficient cooking products that saves lives and forest is looking to fill the position of a HR & Recruitment Manager for their offices based in Ruiru, Kenya. 

The successful candidate MUST have a strong understanding of labour laws, have dealt directly with unions and relevant experience in recruitment, ideally both in Kenya and internationally market.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of HR strategies.


• Responsible for recruitment and training needs for the organisation.


• Benchmarking of salary and benefits.


• Carry out all HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Must have a higher diploma in HRM.


• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.


• Experience working in a manufacturing sector is an added advantage.


• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience.


• Extensive experience in recruitment is mandatory for both local and international market.


• Must have management experience.


• Must be competent working with Microsoft software.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 100,000 – 150,000/= (Approx. 1,000 – 1,500 USD) depending on skills and experience
