Key responsibilities
· Support the process of establishing two centers of excellence for VMMC programs in Kenya.
· Work closely with the regional field coordinators to ensure that the trainings happen as per plan.
· Support the development of training manuals, guidance documents, participants’ manuals and conduct direct trainings.
· Support NASCOP in documenting best practices on VMMC programs.
Required experience and qualifications
· Degree in social sciences, public health, clinical sciences, community development or a related health field.
· One- year experience in VMMC program activities in community settings is essential.
· Proven skills in programmatic capacity building materials and experience of facilitation, training, coaching and mentoring.
· Familiarity with Kenya’s HIV epidemic and the status of VMMC programmes.

Successful candidates will report to the Program Coordinator – VMMC Technical Support Unit and closely supervised by NASCOP.
Extensive field travel, strong interpersonal communication skills, computer literacy with good analytical and presentation skills will be required for the two positions.
