Value Zone Limited is an established and reputable Property Consultancy Company offering Professional Property Consultancy services in Property Valuation, Property Management, Agency and Property Advisory services in the country. 

The company currently serves a wide range of clientele ranging from Corporate Organizations to Private Individuals.
 

The company wishes to recruit a Marketing Manager to establish and run a versatile, aggressive and result oriented Marketing Department.
 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and run an aggressive and result oriented Marketing Department.


• Design and develop a marketing strategy to spearhead company’s growth.


• Source, secure and successfully handle contracts for agency services for letting and management of completed or ongoing Residential, Commercial or Industrial development projects.


• Source, secure and successfully handle instructions for sale of land, buildings and office suites.


• Source and secure instructions for undertaking feasibility studies or related property advisory services.


• Develop a system of collaboration with other stakeholders in the Real Estate Industry.


• Enhance the company social media strategy, brand visibility and exposure.


• Must meet or exceed agreed upon deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a degree or above in marketing from a recognized institution.


• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in marketing, 2 of which must be in the Real Estate sector.


• Should demonstrate capacity for strategic thinking and proven achievements


• Must have proven leadership qualities with capacity for teamwork.


• Must have excellent communication, administrative and managerial skills.


• Membership to a Professional Body will be an added advantage.
