- Provide theoretical and clinical instructions to students to expected standards to ensure mastery of skills and good performance standards.
- Monitor students’ performance to maintain outstanding institutional standards.
- Offer guidance and counselling to promote discipline and a good learning environment.
- Develop and review curricula in line with Nursing Council requirements.
- Develop and coordinate extra curriculum activities for students.
- Ensure proper management and use of resources in a cost effective manner.
- Prepare learning materials and maintain student’s records and registers.
Requirements for the Tutor Job
- BSc Nursing or KRN/KRM with an all-round working experience of at least 6 years in a senior nursing position.
