• Setting up the study at the hospital according to the criteria defined in the study protocol


• Carry out the selection of the study population for the quantitative and qualitative data collections based on the inclusion criteria


• Conduct consent procedures, quantitative interviews and performs blood sampling according to the procedures detailed in the study protocol


• Collect data using appropriate questionnaires and ensure that questionnaires are filed and stored according to the study protocol


• Carry out the coding of the data on the electronic database (RedCap)


• Ensure the validity of the data (checks)


• Participate in the points of progress on the study at a defined frequency with the PI


• Participate in the application process for obtaining the local export permit of the samples (DBS)
