Position:Digital Marketer/
Content Manager
The following are the responsibilities for the position:
1. Design digital
media campaigns aligned with business goals
2. Create digital content (e.g. website, blogs, daily social
media posts)
3. Managing the social media accounts i.e. Facebook, YouTube,
LinkedIn, twitter, Instagram etc
5. Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
6. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
7. Liaise with other team members to ensure brand consistency
8. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase
profitability
9. Monitor ROI and KPIs that includes but is not limited to
Weekly review of website traffic, Monthly review of google and facebook ads
10. Website Onpage and Offpage SEO management
11. Creating and managing email marketing campaigns
12. Managing website content i.e. adding, modifying and
removing of content
13. Administrative tasks including website stock management,
regular review of product pricing and delivery charges against market rate
14. Customer service – responding to customer queries on the
website, via calls and on social media (Hold)
15. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
16. Any other relevant duties assigned
Requirements:
• Proven work experience in Digital Marketing
• Solid knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads platforms
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Diploma or degree in IT with and a background in Marketing,
Digital media or relevant field
• Additional qualification in web design or animation is a
plus
• Ability to be proactive, with minimum supervision
