Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Station: Nairobi

Job Summary / Objective: Responsible for implementing the company’s sales and marketing strategy, contribute to the positive image of the company and coordinate all sales & Marketing activities

Duties & Responsibilities

• Strategically prospect and acquire new business and customers to grow volume and develop business.


• Implement Sales & Marketing business strategies and tactics to respond to changes in business environment.


• Ensure customers requirements are defined understood and documented and follow up on amicable resolution of customer complaints and feedback.


• Manage relationships with existing customers through regular and planned visits to customers.


• Ascertain the product range to be marketed by the company, monitor market conditions trends and competitor activities.


• Carry out marketing programmes for brand building, advertising and sales promotion.


• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.


• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business management, Sales & marketing or Public relations,


• 3 years working experience in similar position,


• Team player,


• Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
