Responsibilities



  • Participating in provision of fisheries extension services;

  • Collecting fisheries statistical data;

  • Maintaining fish farms and hatcheries; and

  • Assisting in ensuring hygienic fish landing sites, market and farms


Qualifications



  • Be a Kenyan Citizen;

  • Have a Certificate in a course lasting not less than two (2) years in either Fisheries Management, Natural Resource Management or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Be proficient in computer application skills.


N.B: Applicants are required to get clearance from the following institutions to meet requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya:


Kenya Revenue Authority
Higher Education Loans Board
Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
Criminal Investigation Department
Credit Reference Bureau
