Gross Salary: Khs 30k, 


We are a paint manufacturing company since 2015.  We have a wide range of products both water and solvent based. We are seeking to recruit sales and marketing representatives in the following counties:


Roles & Responsibilities.



  • Should constantly visit existing customers and ensure all their needs are catered to. Evaluate their needs, promote products and services

  • Researching prospects and generating new leads.

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales and marketing strategies/campaigns.

  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, through email, and in person.

  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Preparing and sending quotations and proposals, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

  • Ensuring timely collection of paint orders from customers

  • Managing the sales process through an ERP

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Participating in sales team meetings.

  • Visiting hardware shops to get paint orders

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Preparing and forwarding weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Understanding and promoting company programs.

  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Maintaining and submitting client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.


Minimum Qualifications.


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:



  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related

  • Should hold at least 5 years of experience in Sales & marketing

  • MUST HAVE prior and extensive experience in selling paint products.

  • Consistent track record in achieving sales targets

  • Having existing leads shall be a bonus

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Good Interpersonal skills.
