1. Degree from a recognized university.2. Higher diploma in Human Resource Management.
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

5. Computer proficiency and ability to operate HR MIS.
6. Rounded experience and knowledge of labor laws.
7. Ability to interpret solutions and to communicate staff concerns.
8. Culture change agent and keep abreast with emerging trends in HR management.
9. Ability to maintain professionalism.
