Reporting to the Alternative Channels Manager the job holder is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing initiatives in order to realize set targets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Delivery of the daily sales and business development targets in both savings and credit in line with the weekly work plan.Collecting and presenting data on product development and strategy formulationCompilation and presentation of timely and reliable daily and monthly reportsRequired Academic Qualifications
Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Banking, Micro Finance, Co-op Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalentC+ [plus] in KCSEOther Requirements
Experience in a similar work environmentComputer LiteracyOutgoing person of high Persuasive skillsExcellent member service skillsTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
