1. Human Resource and Administration Officer

Will be charged with the responsibility of an effective running of the Human Resource Management division of the finance department.

Will be responsible to the Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Case processing for recruitment, promotion, disciplinary and dismissal of staff.Maintain accurate personnel recordCarrying out timely monthly payroll reconciliationEnsuring strict adherence to statutory provisions and the employment Act 2007Attend to staff matters and nurture cordial and conducive working environmentMust have Degree in Social Sciences from recognized university ORMust have Higher National Diploma in Human Resource management from a recognized University or college.Must have at least 3 years experience in similar or higher position in a reputable organization.Must be highly computer literateMust be 30-45 years of age.2. Technical Services Manager

Will be the head of the technical services Department and responsible to the Managing director.

Key Responsibilities

All technical activities of the organization and ensuring cost effective and accurately metered units of productionMaintain a robust maintenance and service routines and attend to repairs and emergencies promptly to reduce losses.Motivate the staff in the department to achieve the company objectives.Run the department as a strategic business unitMust have a BSc degree in Engineering with a strong bias in Electrical, Mechanical or ElectroMechanicalMust have at least 3 years relevant working experience at similar position or higherMust be 30-45 years of age.Must be highly computer literate3. Finance Manager

Will be the head of Finance department and responsible to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibiilities

Proper capturing and processing of financial information and translate it into accurate financial reports on a timely basis.Supervisions of the finance department staff and strengthen the organization’s internal control systems.Strict adherence to budgetary controls and statutory guidelines and requirements.Must be highly computer literate.Must have a degree in Accounting or finance from a recognized universityMust have CPA(K)Must have at least 3 years experience in a busy companyMust be 30-45 years of age.Must be highly computer literate.4. Internal Auditor

Will be in charge of the internal audit functions of the company and will be responsible functionally to the audit committee and administratively to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

Thorough, ardent and articulate to details and processesHelp the company to prepare internal audit manual.Prepare internal audit techniques and implement audit programmes as well as issuing audit reportsManage the risk port folio of the company.Must be well versed with RBIAMust have a degree in Accounting, finance, statistics and at least CPA IIMust have at least 3 years practical experience in internal auditingMust be 30-45 years of age.Must have excellent computer literacy5. Procurement Officer

Will be in charge of the procurement and supply functions of the organization and will be responsible to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

Implementation of the organizations policies on supplies management,Application of procurement systems and procedures.Preparation and strict adherence of the organizations procurement plan.Strict adherence to the Procurement and Disposal Act 2006.Must have a degree in Social Sciences and a Diploma in Supplies Management from a reputable university.Must have at least 3 years continuous experience in a reputable firm in similar position.Must be highly computer literate.Must be 30-45 years of age.Attractive remuneration will be offered to the successful Candidates.
