Process Improvement Leader - SSA• Act as project lead to evaluate the feasibility of, and potentially implement, HR shared services and lean HR policy implementation.• Develop, lead and drive projects to simplify & standardize the HR operations services.
Develop, lead and drive projects to harmonize the HR operations Systems environment.
• Project manage the harmonization & simplification of processes in conjunction with companywide initiatives, ensuring best in class processes are developed.
• Drive the relationship between the key stakeholders and the Employee Services Team to ensure the needs and concerns of the stakeholders are being addressed
• Act as a local and internal "project champion" to ensure buy-in and readiness commitment from the Global team, sub business and HR team.
• Being responsible for defining overall project schedule & milestones, and timely execution towards those milestones.
• Managing all project communications to include internal project team updates/communications, & management updates
• Directly managing projects and responsible for execution of project deliverables.
• Coordinating project resources among each sub-team to complete deliverables according to master project including potentially, the coordination of OHR, HR, Interpay and payroll teams
• Managing the projects through the whole development cycle, starting with a definition phase until the hand over to line management
• Completing the implementation on time, in line with customer/business quality requirements and in budget
• The projects are but not limited to vacation management, payroll simplification, compliance documentation, FE management etc.• HR Domain, BA, MBA With 5+ years in Project management including proven experience in successful implementation to address business needs.
• Knowledge on Finance & Controllership processes.
• Project Management with IT involvement
Certified Black/Green Belt
• FMP/IMLP/HRLP Graduate
• Depth of project Management experience- have led high performance project previously and driven projects from conception through implementation
• Strong skill set in change management/Change acceleration, be able to manage significant change but also manage a diverse group of stakeholders
Strong HR process design reengineering experience, ideally experience in automating processes
• Previous C&B/Payroll Experience is a strong plus
• Comprehensive oral communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to manage complexity and networking within a matrix structure
• Experience in managing HR system implementations and data management initiatives is a critical requirement
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to independently develop, manage and implement aggressive project plans.
• Ability to drive several simultaneous projects and manage multiple competing priorities
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to interact with various audience such as Senior Leadership Management, HR teams, external payroll providers and technical teams
• Decisiveness, self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A proven change agent with the ability to influence the business and external parties at all levels of the organization
• Prior experience dealing with customers in project related environment is a requirement
