Oracle Applications DBA / Developer

The Position

The person will be a team member of senior DBA/Developers in ICT and responsible for Oracle E-business Suite database management and OAF development.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the strategy, technical architecture implementation plan and delivery of the Oracle E-business suite Release 12Design and implement data integrations between the E-business suite and the rest of the Bank’s systems ecosystemCustomize the E-Business suite according to the Banks needsClone, patch, migrate and upgrade the Oracle E-business suite environment as and when requiredAdministrate the Siebel CRM databaseDesign and implement a business continuity plan for the E-business suite including set up of a High Availability environment and a sound backup and recovery solution.Perform database and application tuning, performance monitoring and system troubleshooting as may be requiredCandidates Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills
BSc in Computer Science or any other IT/Business related degree from a recognized institutionOracle Apps DBA/Developer certificationExperience in AIX/Solaris/HP-UX/Linux Operating SystemsOver 3 years experience working as an Oracle Apps DBA/DeveloperStrong in PL/SQL programming and knowledge in Java/J2EEExperience in Business Intelligence and Online Analytical Processing environment will be an added advantageExperience in financial services industry will be an added advantageAny project management skills will be a definite advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently, with minimum supervisionAbility to effectively communicate complex technical issuesAbility to lead a team of developers/DBAsIf you meet the above requirements, submit your application quoting the job you are applying for to the email address below by 23rd February 2012.
