We would like to recruit a lady receptionist/front office assistant.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To coordinate the daily working of the office environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally greet and direct all visitorsPromptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all telephone calls and visitors at front desk
Provide accurate responses to inquiries and relay messages
Ensure the reception station is staffed 100% of the time and work closely with backups to ensure continued high level of support
Work on special projects and other duties as needed and directed by supervisors
Various administrative duties using all of MS Office
Other miscellaneous responsibilities as required
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism in fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
Positive, professional attitude and presence with the ability to interact with many levels both inside and outside of the organization
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Diploma in Business Related Course
Prior experience in similar position desirable
