Job Description / Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth operations of food preparationResponsible for guide kitchen staff in cooking preparationAttend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and suppliesEnsure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping dutiesEnsures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safelyAssists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchens and related areasPrepares and submits forms and reports on time as directedOnly candidates short-listed for interview will be contacted.
