PRASOL Training and Consulting Ltd is a management and institutional development firm involved in provision of tailor-made trainings (organizational development, Project Management and Personal Development and short term consultancy services for public, private and non-profit sectors. PRASOL is looking for in the following areas: • Organizational Development • Project Development/Management • Project Proposal writing and reviews • Project Report Writing and reviews • Desk Studies • Baseline Surveys • Project Evaluation, reviews • Impact Assessments, • Environmental, Social Impact Assessments
Qualifications/Skills: • Degree in development studies, management, social sciences/community development/project management or related field. • 3 – 5 years’ experience in project management, organizational development, project reviews, evaluation, baseline surveys, report writing, proposal writing etc. • Strong analytical, planning, organizational skills. • Must be a self-motivated and reliable person who can work with minimal supervision. • Proficient in basic computer packages • Good communication/presentation and interpersonal skills • Excellent writing skills • Fluency in English (verbal and written). • Ability to work well in a team.
