They are looking for highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven candidates to fill the positions of:

ERP Sales and Channel Executive (Re advertised)

Place of work:  Nairobi, Kenya.
 Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Sales and Channel Executive will be responsible for driving the Enterprise Software solutions and Professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new customer deals in order to reach the monthly, quarterly and annual targets. This includes managing, organizing and keeping track of business opportunities, creating of sales strategies and marketing plans, accurate reporting of business and sales activities into recognized systems, and developing deep product knowledge.
 Develop and maintain a sales strategyWork with the marketing department in the creation of a marketing plan for every sector identifiedCreate, manage and monitor business opportunities and ensure that revenue goals are exceededAccurate reporting on opportunity pipeline and sales activities into identified systemsMaintain and drive a high-level of weekly sales activitiesUse Solution Selling sales methodologies in creating initial interest in the company’s products, identify, define and document critical business needs, come up with potential solutions to critical business needs and effectively justify return on investment Qualify, control and close business opportunities  Have a thorough product knowledge of the organizationSet up proper expectations in sales cycles resulting in customers who can be used as referencesManage business opportunities and sales activities Lead referrals and follow up on the activities of the sales channelsProvide the sales cycle presentations to the channel partnersIdentify new resellers or channel partnersEducation, Experience and Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree in a Business related fieldPastel Evolution Certified Installer (PECI) qualification will be preferredExcellent sales and marketing abilitiesKnowledge in managing business opportunitiesStrong knowledge of business and business processes and the application of software within business2-3 years of proven and consistent success in selling enterprise software solutions and services in the mid-marketKnowledge of creating and maintaining effective business, sales, and marketing plansA self-starter and independent thinkerAbility to work autonomously Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to communicate and present to all levels within the organization Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with senior business executives or business ownersExcellent time management and follow-up skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong ability to create sales presentations, messages, position statements, and other sales collateralTechnical Consultant (Re advertised)
The primary responsibility is the 100% successful implementation of all aspects of projects assigned to the consulting team ensuring client satisfaction.
 Ensure effective planning and execution of all tasks related to the implementations assigned resulting in the delivery of a successful implementation within the scope of work definedWork within the project budget by meeting deliverables both with respect to timelines and quality of workTrack project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide regular feedbackBe responsible for quality of the allocated deliverables and timelinesMonitor and report on progress of the project Report on project progress, problems, risks and solutionsFollow the defined project process and implement the agreed steps to accomplish the project outputs successfullyKeep all necessary project documentation 1005 up to date and completeMaking sure you maintain product mastery and stay abreast of changes in the industryEducation, Experience and Knowledge:Sound Pastel Evolution product knowledge - preference will be given to individual who has Evolution knowledge but will look at candidates with other ERP solutions product knowledge A minimum of 3 years with the company, ideally in a customer service or support roleWorking knowledge of MS Office SuiteProven track record of consistently good general performanceWorking knowledge of the basic accounting principlesCritical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to plan and organize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave a mature approach to business and service deliveryAdaptable and have a high stress toleranceBe driven to achieve deadlinesAbility to focus on achieving results and stay focused despite changing conditionsNote: This role will require travel for extended periods outside of Kenya. For travelling purposes, the successful candidate will require a valid passport.

Support and Implementation Consultant - Evolution

The primary responsibility is to provide support and successful implementation of all aspects of projects related to Evolution customer base ensuring client satisfaction.
