Role Purpose: The Corporate Voice Product Manager manages the voice access products portfolio dedicated to Enterprise customers. It encompasses: management of the full product life cycle from development to pruning; launch of product improvement or new product lines; Products’ P&L optimization; Product dashboard publication.NB: Enterprise customers range from SME to Corporate and government: Products and services to manage are: Fixed Voice, ISDN, VOIP, Audio Web Conference, PSTN, Biashara Talk, Toll free number, Premium rate service. Key Duties and Responsibilities.
Responsibilities / Execution activities Constantly analyze and update customers’ needsMonitor industry and competition activityMonitor new possible products or features based on new technical components or services proposed by vendorsManage the products portfolio by:Preparing end of Product lifeImprove existing Product with new features, services, options, …Launch new Product developmentsManage and optimize Products’ P&LOptimize costs with support of IT&N, sourcing and finance teamOptimize revenues by adopting right pricing structure and strategy so to grow volumes and develop market shareLead Product improvement or new development by managing Time To Market (TTM) internal processPrepare right commercialization tools to Sales teamSupport Sales’ Bid reviewsVisit targeted customers to understand better their needs to guide product and process improvements.Define and maintain products’ dashboardsAcademic/ Professional QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.Good knowledge of telecom industry with preferably good understanding of Corporate voice productExcellent command of project management including product specification, and IT developments Good presentation, reporting and communications skillsExcellent presentation skillsTeam playerCustomer oriented Ability to work in transversal organization to deliver results to the teamExcellent analytical and specification skillsResult oriented Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated with initiative and autonomy.This position is open to Kenyan citizens only.
