Our client a property agency with a large portfolio of properties (land and houses) in strategic locations selling to high end customers needs to urgently hire sales agents strictly on commission only.
Reporting: General Manager
Liaison: Sales Team
Job Summary: The incumbent will bring on board potential clients to the company for onward site visit and completion of the sale process.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Use your own networks to attract potential buyers and sell the company properties
- Follow up the buyers for site visit, prepayment and final payment
Requirements
- Mature individual who freely interacts with professionals and business men/ladies
- A go getter. Social and a Confident
- Well networked with high end personalities
- Have flexible time and can express yourself
- Self motivated and self supervised
- Looking out for a side hustle to make money during your free time
NB: It’s a commission only engagement at 1% of gross sale price and you can do it at your free time
