Reporting to the Team leade, the successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of the CEMES Insurance Agency business volumes and customer base.
Responsibilities
- Market all insurance agency products
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs and sales volume potential;
- Collect and provide customer feedback to the team leader with the aim to improve the agency’s products and services; and
- Identify opportunities for trade fairs and other events to promote the Agency’s sales and image.
Qualifications
- Should be a holder of a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business related diploma/degree;
- Should have at least 1 years’ sales experience in Insurance sales;
- Should be self-driven with strong commercial orientation and ability to deliver business results;
- Must possess excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills;
- Should have strong organizational and negotiation skills and be able to respond to questions from internal and external customers.
