Hilton Nairobi is scouting for high caliber individuals who will be part of a dynamic team that will assist in meeting the challenges of 2010 and beyond.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who will offer strategic support within Hilton Nairobi for the following positions:

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelors Degree in H.R.M from a recognized University.
* Minimum of 4 years as the head of HR with at least 7 years experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Local Labor Laws and Union activities.
* Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
* Proficiency in use of computers especially with a HRMS.
* Candidates with experience in the Hospitality industry will hold an advantage.

Assistant Financial Controller

Qualifications and Experience

* Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option) and CPA (K) qualifications.
* Must have a minimum of 7 years working experience in a Commercial environment, preferably an international hotel setup.
* Conversant with revenue cycles and vast experience with Micros Fidelio.
* Able to perform general ledger transactions using SUN Accounting systems.
* Familiar with SOX guidelines.
* Excellent future career opportunities are available within the organization.
