Must be between 35 to 45 years 3) Academic and professional qualification Must have a c+ and above
Must have undergone culinary training from a recognised institution holding a minimum Diploma in catering management and attached to major area of the kitchen
10 years work experience in the Kitchen department in a busy Hotel
knowledge of occupational hazards and first aid
worked as overall kitchen in charge for a minimum 4 Years
