As part of our expansion strategy, applications are invited from suitable candidates to fill the following position:
Reports to: The CEO
To provide strategic leadership in development, maintenance and growth of ACAL’s business in a geographical area. * Develop and implement strategic plans to develop, maintain and grow business in a particular geographical area
* Develop and monitor budgets for the geographical area
* Identify opportunities, develop proposals & presentations and support the delivery of consultancies/assignments.
* Handle public relations and client relationships in the region.
* Constantly build and improve company image and look for more ways to improve further ACAL’s promotion.
* Participate in the management of the project cycle execution including planning, delivery, billing and closure
* Analyze problems and methodical approaches to maximize the efficiency of the operations in the region
* Take responsible steps to ensure that officers working in the region have access to business information as to what their powers and obligations are
* Assign duties, train, supervise and appraise regional staff * Pipeline of the assignment (work in progress, contracted, negotiate, proposed, identified).
* Budgets versus the actual costs.
* Actual revenue versus targets. * MBA.
* High level of IT proficiency. * At least Five years of relevant experience in a busy consultancy environment
