Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall sales and marketing activities
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Take ownership of the entire sales process to meet targeted clients
Specific market and sales research
Increase market share by growing distribution channels
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Communicating customer feedback to the management
Develop and implement sales strategies required in this field and demonstrate product knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
At least a Diploma in sales and Marketing
Mature of age preferably above 40 years
Must have 10 years experience in sales
Be self motivated and a team player
Be honest with good communication skills, honest and passionate about sales and who feels that can break it off and get sales from within the target market
