Assist in keeping the front office reception area clean and tidy, at all times
Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
Job specification
A minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in front office on any business related course.
A minimum of 1 year work experience in front office .
Excellent Customer care skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Public relations skills
Self organization skills
