Branch Manager Job in Nakuru, Kenya

Our Client is a Services provider with a presence in all major cities in Kenya and other selected cities in the East African region.

Seeking to urgently recruit a Branch Manager to manage their Nakuru business.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery of budgeted profit targets.


• Delivery of target business growth & Retention.


• Staff Management.


• Enforcement of management controls and procedures.


• Delivery of high quality customer service.


• Ensure safe, profitable & effective deployment of all resources / flexible use of company assets.


• Ensure competitive strategy for all business functions within the country.

The ideal Candidate:-

• A minimum of University degree / Diploma, preferably in business management or equivalent


• Experience – Minimum 3 years in Sales


• Excellent people management skills


• Leader and team player with unquestionable integrity.


• Mature with strong business acumen
