Madison Asset Management Services Limited (Madison Asset) is a fund manager, licensed by both the Capital Markets Authority (“CMA”) and the Retirement Benefits Authority (“RBA”) to offer investment management services.

To effectively achieve our mission, Madison Asset is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Administration Assistant in the Finance, administration and operations role.

The scope of the position include: carrying out the administration tasks for client funds, day to day office administration tasks and assisting in the accounting duties.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounts / Finance / Business related)


• Pursuing a professional accounting course


• Good understanding of accounting basics


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Excellent computer skills


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent organisation skills


• High self-efficacy


• Highly motivated individual with integrity
