An International NGO working with the community to access opportunity in Education, Health and Social Enterprise is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager for their office in Eldoret. Successful candidate MUST have prior experience in FMCG.
Key Responsibilities;
- Create a comprehensive annual sales and marketing strategy for selected region.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets for products, value chain within existing clients and new prospects.
- Create and build scalable sales channels (Dealers, Key stakeholders, Supermarkets, MFIs & NGOs).
- Build and maintain a client relationship database.
- Deliver key financial sales metrics and manage a resource constrained budget.
- Create and report against a monthly sales budget (volume, revenue, expenses).
- Consumer marketing Management and conceptual use marketing campaigns for portfolio.
- Carry out any other duties, related to the job, assigned by management when required.
- Competitor analysis and survey thus provide insights for decision making.
Qualifications;
- MUST have 5– 7 years experience as a Sales Manager in an FMCG, well established company.
- Experience in highly competitive Multinational companies will be an added advantage.
- MUST have Business acumen and an Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Street wise and able to provide sales opportunity foresight.
- A positive ‘can do ‘ attitude.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.80,000 – 150,000/= (Approx. 800 – 1,500 USD) depending on experience
