BTL Marketing Agency Operations Coordinator Job in Nairobi Kenya

Duma Works is recruiting an Operations Coordinator for one of our clients, a full service BTL Marketing Agency that provides breakthrough logistical and promotional thinking, over 7 years’ experience in operations, over 300 trained field staff and core agency staff and our team has extensive conceptual and operational experience that enable us to provide ideas that resonate with the target market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new clients assigned to you through project planning and execution


• Proper supervision and presentation of all project reports that seek to add value to client’s brands (Generation of both quantitative and qualitative reports)


• Understanding the production process to make it effective and ensure seamless execution of projects


• Neat and accurate projects file keeping while ensuring that its updated through liaison with the operations manager and finance department


• Developing Costing and quoting promotional marketing programs


• Achieve profitability per project through control of expenses against budget


• Reporting to the operations Manager

• Strong ability to multi-task


• Outstanding communication skills


• Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology


• Ability to function well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines


• Analytical skills

Key Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma in a marketing field is most preferred


• Minimum 3 years work experience (managing people at preferably a similar level)


• Maximum 35 years.


• Strong hands-on field management experience is a must


• Ability to report independently to senior management is a must
