BTL Marketing Agency Account Manager Job Opening in Nairobi, Kenya

Duma Works is recruiting an Account Manager for one of our clients, a full service BTL marketing agency that provides breakthrough logistical and promotional thinking, over 7 years’ experience in operations, over 300 trained field staff and core agency staff and our team has extensive conceptual and operational experience that enable us to provide ideas that resonate with the target market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Servicing all existing accounts through effective customer service, project planning and execution and delivering assigned tasks within timelines


• Contributing to sales generation within the team through assigned business portfolio of existing accounts and reach the company’s sales target


• Acquisition of new account (Business Developing)


• Developing and Presenting informed proposals and reports that seek to add value to the client brands


• Drive innovation (New Ideas) by identifying opportunities within existing accounts to grow overall business revenue


• Neat and accurate projects file keeping while ensuring that its updated through liaison with the client service manager and finance department


• Managing partnerships built with third parties to ensure quality output is achieved at all times


• Developing and continuously effective client service relationships


• Ensure both quantitative and qualitative reports are submitted to the client on time and meet required quality standards.


• Ensure seamless communication between the agency and client at all time


• Reporting to the Client Service Manager

Skill Set

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills


• Confident, articulate and a persuasive


• Organizational and time management skills


• Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce (marketing / Business Management Option) is most preferred


• Minimum 3 years work experience in BTL business


• Below 40 years.


• Understanding of marketing landscape and FMCGS


• Ability to report independently to senior management is a must
