Gap Marketing, a frontline marketing force in East Africa seeks to strengthen its operations by recruiting Brand Ambassadors – preferably ladies aged between 18 to 25 years, to work within Nairobi, Mountain, Nyanza, Coast and Rift valley regions.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will among other duties be required to promote and sell products in the assigned retail outlets
 

 

The preferred candidate must have:

• outstanding customer service skills


• ability to positively initiate a conversation with customers and close a sell


• ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner


•  in-store demo experience with sales experience


• access to a computer or a smart phone for reporting sales results


• understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals


• must be a strong team player but also possessing the ability to work independently


• a flexible schedule, primarily Saturday – Sunday, and available to work from 9am-6pm

Education and Experience

• Education: bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience


• Related work experience in Promotions, Brand & Market Activations, Retail Sales Management and  consumer products marketing


• Food Safety Certification is required in some assigned outlets

• English- Eloquent


• Her General Appearance   


• Height- 5ft-6ft


• Body size- 8-10 ONLY


• Flawless skin


• Good knowledge of self-make up application


• Well kempt hair (Loose hair or black braids)


• Ear Piercings (1 pair of earrings only)- no other piercings especially on the face
