Our client, the 3G Direct Pay Group is the ultimate online solution for e commerce, providing merchant services to thousands of travel related and other businesses, focusing on Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zanzibar, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Namibia & Ethiopia, accepting all major credit cards, mobile money and e-wallets. 

Their online payments & shopping platform is the Pan African leader in technology, usability and security.

We have been working with 3G Direct Pay now for three years.
 

 

They are an ‘Avatar’ client.
 

We have watched them grow from strength to strength, we respect and admire their staff management principles, the HOD’s are great to work with and every staff member we have placed simply loves working at 3G Direct Pay! 

It’s an incredibly buzzy environment with huge opportunities.
 

We are now on a constant hunt to build an ongoing pipeline of excellent Sales Representatives to work in regional Africa for this rapidly expanding company whose Head Office is based in Nairobi.

So –

• If you are interested in working in any of the countries mentioned above


• Have a business related degree in Sales and Marketing (or the equivalent experience)


• Have a minimum of 3 years sales experience within the tourism or hospitality industry


• Or within the banking industry (an advantage, not a deal breaker)


• Can prove your sales acumen and achievements


• Have amazing communication and interpersonal skills


• Have bags of enthusiasm and energy


• Possess incredible references


• Are happy with a salary of KShs. 150,000/month (or equivalent)
