IT Executive (Experience in SAP Software)

Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
 

Monitors and maintains the use of the printers.
 

Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all PC and laptop imaging.
 

Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software and service packs.
 

Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement.
 

 

Perform on-site and remote technical support.
 

Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
 

Maintains excellent communication with the IT Manager on all tasks and projects.
 

Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
 

Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.
 

Performs other duties as assigned
 

Knowledge

• Current operating IT functions and SAP software.


• User applications.


• Functions and use of computer and peripheral hardware.


• On-line monitoring and diagnostic resources.


• Data processing operations in a large scale, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the IT industry


• Knowledge in IT daily operations in a Trade environment


• Proficient in Data Centre operation a plus.


• Degree/Diploma IT/Computer Science
