Responsible for supporting the project team on prescribed medications, supplies and related processes

Duties and Responsibilities**

• Establish a commodity management and supplies system

• Ensure that policies and procedures regarding procurement, storage, preparation and delivery of pharmaceuticals in health facilities are in place and functional

• Processes project orders for commodities and medications

• Procure supplies and medications following standard purchasing guidelines

• Manage stock of supplies and medications; and provide up-to date documentation on inventory

• Deliver supplies and medications to project facilities

• Complete special projects as assigned and required.

Education and Experience:** Certificate/diploma in pharmacy and a minimum of three years of experience as a pharmacy technologist preferably in a sexual and reproductive health (SRH) setting.
