Manufacturing Company Technical Team Leader Job in Kenya

Our client, one of the leading manufacturing companies in the outcasts of Nairobi is looking to fill the position of a Technical Team Leader urgently.

Salary: 55,000

Roles

• To plan, control and manage materials and time resource


• To ensure production of highest quality products at minimum cost and product availability,


• Manage line operatives and efficiencies


• Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives on the line


• To develop, motivate, communicate and discipline personnel in the team,


• Ensure high GMP standards


• Generate reports as required

Qualifications

• Higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering


• Ability to demonstrate strong decision-making skills


• Outstanding planning, organizing and controlling skills


• ISO systems understanding & a passion on Continuous Improvement


• Excellent interpersonal and Team Leadership Skills, Consumer and customer focus


• 3 Years’ experience in an FMCG set-up is an added advantage
