Our client an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company based in India & operating in USA, India and Singapore is looking to recruit a Sales Executive for their office based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The ideal candidate will be managing all aspects of the sales function in an efficient and effective manner servicing a defined customer list within a geographic sales territory.
He/she will manage the profitability of these customers and will also be required to personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
The successful candidate MUST be Gujarati, Punjabi and Hindi speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Make visits to the 10 existing customers on a daily basis.
- Manage relationships with customers and all companies to optimize sales.
- Receive bank payments from customers.
- Liaise with the warehouse manager to deliver goods once payments have been received.
- Develop and implement a strict and regular schedule for customer follow-ups and capitalize on opportunities.
- Sourcing new potential clients.
- Communicate internally and support the company whenever required.
- Have relations buildups with all the companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of FMCG products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be highly motivated and aggressive sales person.
- Should be presentable & well kept at all times.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 80,000 – 120,000/= (Approx. 800 – 1,200 USD) depending on experience
