Job Title: Verification Clerk
 

Key Responsibilities

• Collection of consignment documents from airfreight warehouses


• Physical verification of consignments after approval of clearance documents


• Release from warehouse after verification


• Hand-over of released consignments


• Documentation and supervision of transfer of wrongly declared consignments.


• Preparation of customs files for re-importation and entry consignments


• Physical verification of re-importation and entry courier consignments


• Payment documentation for re-importation consignments.


• Follow up for messaging and final release of re-importation consignments


• Scanning of all re-importation and entry consignments

Education Experience

• Diploma / Certificate in Purchasing & Supplies


• Warehouse Management / Clearance knowledge is Mandatory.


• KRATI Training is an added advantage


• 1-4 Years relevant experience
