Poverty Action (HPA) (registered as Health Unlimited (HU) in Kenya

works with some of the poorest and most marginalised communities in

Africa, Asia and Latin America, often in very difficult environments. 

We work to enable to strengthen poor and marginalised people in the struggle for health.

Poverty Action (HPA) in partnership with Save the Children

International (SCI) is implementing a 30 month EC funded Reproductive,

Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH) project in Mandera County,

titled “Accelerating the reduction in maternal, new born and child

mortality in Mandera County”. 

 

The

project is being implemented in 6 sub counties of Mandera County

namely, Mandera East, Mandera North and Lafey sub counties where HPA is

taking the lead and in Mandera West, Mandera South and Banisa sub

counties where SCI is taking the lead.

HPA seeks to hire a consultant(s) to undertake a baseline survey for this project.
