Job Vacancy: Marketing Administrator
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Salary: Ksh.10,000 – 15,000 + Commission
Responsibilities
- In charge of filing and arrangement of office documents
- provide administrative support in events co-ordination i.e. arranging preparatory meetings for tradeshows and seminars.
- Responsible for booking meetings and co-ordinating travel arrangements for the Director
- Prepare the agendas for meetings
- Create and assembly marketing materials for the business.
- Assist with digital marketing of company product
Job qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience serving in the same capacity
- Must have good communication skills
- Be attentive to details
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must portray strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery
