At TakaTaka Solutions, We collect your waste like every other waste collector, but, instead of taking it to a landfill, we take it to our own sites, where we sort the waste, and then recycle 95% either ourselves or through our local partners. This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world.

Job Summary

TakaTaka Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced onsite services supervisor to oversee a team of onsite waste sorters that works at multiple client locations (commercial buildings, malls, schools and hotels). The candidate will report to the Collection Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of onsite staff at various clients to ensure consistent performance:
  
  
  
  • Sorting quality
  
  
  • Cleanliness of waste rooms
  
  
  • Proper data collection
  
  
  • Professional presentation of staff and equipment
  
  
  • Reliability of onsite services
  
  
  
  


• Monitor and improve operational efficiency


• Communicate to clients about operational issues

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience, 3 of which must have been in a supervisory role.


• Experience in the hospital sector or related industry, preferably four or five-star hotels


• Bsc/Diploma in hospitality or related field


• KCSE/KCPE grade of B or better


• Driving license
